Registrar
The Registrar's Office is responsible for recording students’ grades, producing transcripts, and making Student ID cards. We also report registered students and students who have graduated to the National Student Clearinghouse.
Services for Students
Student ID Card
Please visit our office at 500 Rutherford Avenue in Boston, MA, for an ID card photo. We will make your ID card on the spot. We will forward ID cards to the regional locations upon receipt of their student photos.
MyCC Portal
Students can use the MyCC portal for the following purposes:
- to register for courses;
- view and print grade reports and unofficial transcripts; and
- find their course materials and assignments.

Forms Library
Forms are used throughout your journey as a Cambridge College student. Forms can be brought to the Registrar’s Office at 500 Rutherford Ave in Boston for mailing, faxing, scanning or email. Every form provides contact information.
Electronic Forms
We are in the process of moving all forms to an electronic format. To complete a form electronically, you must FIRST DOWNLOAD THE FORM to your device. Otherwise your data won't save.
You may sign printed forms by hand, but if you prefer to sign electronically, please select one of the following options:
- Type your name in the signature field and submit the form by sending it to registrar@cambridgecollege.edu from your Cambridge College email account.
- Download Adobe Acrobat Reader here (free) and use this guide to create your own electronic signature.The form can then be submitted to the Registrar's Office by whichever means is easiest for you.

Intent to Graduate Form for June 2021 degree conferral. Submit this form ONLY if you will be done with ALL courses in May, and will not be completing courses for this degree in the summer. This form is not to confirm your attendance at the commencement ceremony, it is so that we know to audit your record and put a June graduation date on your record if you meet the requirements.

Petition to “March Only” in June Commencement Form Submit this form if you will complete your degree in August, but would like to participate in the commencement ceremony. Please do not submit the form unless you meet the requirements explained on the form. Only degree-seeking students are eligible to participate in the ceremony.

Withdrawal Form from the College

Unofficial Transcript Request form - The Registrar’s Office must receive a completed form before we can process your unofficial transcript. Remember to download the form to your device before filling it out. If you are paying with a credit card or e-check, you must pay here first. Please add your confirmation number to the transcript request form, then send us the form. Processing times may be slightly longer due to pandemic-related logistics. Unofficial transcripts cost $2.00, plus a small processing fee depending on how you pay. Only unofficial transcripts may be released for students who have a financial hold.
