Graduate School of Management

The Graduate School of Management offers development of managerial skills and knowledge to prepare students for improved management performance, increased advancement opportunities, and more effective leadership in private, public and not-for-profit organizations. Students with professional or technical experience expand their managerial training as they assume leadership positions. Attend your Academic Orientation/ New Student Nights

You will register for MMG 500 OL01 Management Orientation Seminar online, which is a program requirement. Log into MyCC Student Portal

You will need to access the MyCC portal frequently as a student to register for classes, check financial aid documents and much more.  Once you are accepted, you will receive an email from "NewStudentAccounts" with your username and password.  Please be sure to check in spam or junk folders. Please see the Information Technology User Guide.

Summer 2023: Registration Opens on Saturday, April 1, 2023

  • Session A: Classes start on May 9, 2023.  The last day to add/drop classes is May 12, 2023. 
  • Session B: Classes start on July 3, 2023. The last day to add/drop classes is July 6, 2023.

Plan your Tuition Payment Options/ Financial Aid

Tuition payment must be received prior to the semester starting.  To review your statement, please log into MyCC Student Portal, click on the finance tab, then click on Course and Fees Statement.  Please see our Tuition Rates


Summer Semester due date is Wednesday, May 31, 2023

Three options for paying your tuition: 

  1. Make Payment in Full 
  2. Set up a payment plan
  3. Complete all Financial Aid requirements

If you register after the tuition due date, payment is required within 5 days of registration. Please note a $100.00 late fee will be applied to your account if payment is received after the due date.  

For general student financial services questions, or more specific information regarding payment plans, refunds, health insurance, please reach out to our Student Financial Services coordinators.  

Applying for Financial Aid: please complete all steps as soon as possible.  

Step 1: Create your FSA ID (Federal Student Aid ID, consisting of a username and password)

Step 2: Complete 2022-2023 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. For assistance, please call the FAFSA hotline at 800-433-3243. Cambridge College's school code is 021829. Cambridge College's school code is 021829. 

Step 3: Complete the mandatory Entrance Counseling. All new students must complete entrance loan counseling prior to loans being disbursed to their account. Go to studentaid.gov -- sign in, click on Entrance Counseling  and follow online instructions.

Step 4: Complete the Master Promissory Note. All students must complete Promissory Note prior to loans being disbursed to their account. Go to studentaid.gov, sign in, click on Sign Master Promissory Note, and follow online instructions. For assistance, call Direct Loan Applicant Services at 1-800-557-7394.

Step 5: Verification you may be required to submit additional documents to create a financial aid award letter.  These requirements will be listed as missing documents on MyCC Student Portal, click on the finance tab, view financial aid document tracking. Please complete and submit all required supporting documentation as soon as possible.

My Account Balance: Students can review current balance and make payments 

Course and Fee Statement: Students can review details of their bills

View Financial Aid Document Tracking: Students can review financial aid documents that have been received or missing from their record

Financial Aid Awards: Students can review their financial aid award for the academic year

Healthcare Requirements

Fully online degree students do not require the College's health insurance plan and are not required to submit a waiver. Please note: if at any point in your program you register in an in-seat or hybrid course, you will be required to either enroll in the College's health insurance plan or submit a waiver.  For more information regarding how to waive insurance, please visit our student health insurance site. For students registered in one or more in-seat or hybrid courses, health insurance waivers are required for every applicable academic term or year.

Before Classes Start...

Once you register for classes, you will receive an email to activate your student email.  

Important information will be sent to your student email address regarding financial, academic and student support. Please see our Information Technology Orientation Page on how to access your student email.
