Ms. Kuramoto has a diverse blend of counseling and corporate backgrounds as a mental health clinician, employee assistance program (EAP) consultant, vocational rehabilitation counselor, human resource manager, international management consultant and senior corporate manager. Her broad experiences provide a deep understanding of the employment and mental health needs of individuals with cognitive, intellectual, psychological, and physical disabilities and chronic illness from the employee, employer and strategic corporate business perspectives.
