Bay Path University is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful learning, living, and working environment for all members of the Bay Path University community free from sex discrimination, including sex-based harassment, as defined in this Title IX Policy (the “Policy”). Bay Path University will respond to reports of sex discrimination and will take prompt action to eliminate such conduct, prevent its recurrence, and remedy any adverse effects in Bay Path University’s education programs and activities, including, as appropriate, by way of the Grievance Procedures outlined below.
Violations of this Policy may be subject to disciplinary sanctions, up to and including termination of any relationship with Bay Path University, withdrawal of any privilege to enter upon Bay Path University property, and/or limitation of any participation in Bay Path University-sanctioned or supported activities and events.
