Rodríguez Speaks at Two Leadership Conferences

Dr. Paul A. Rodríguez is an adjunct professor for Cambridge College - Southern California located in Inland Empire (Ontario) California.  Dr. Rodríguez instructs undergraduate and graduate courses in Early Childhood Education. 

Dr. Rodríguez recently presented at the University of New Mexico 7th annual mentoring conference.  The theme was Developmental Networks: Mentoring & Coaching at Work.  The conference focused on ways that developmental networks are used in practice, both in higher education settings and in the workplace.  Dr. Rodríguez's topic was "Mentoring Future Leaders, Qualities of Effective Leadership: Principles of Dr. Peter Drucker".

Dr. Rodríguez also presented at the California League of Schools' Technology Conference in Monterey, California, from January 16-18, 2015.  The topic was "Dimensions within Quality Reflective Leadership: Supporting 21st Century Frameworks".  The theme for the conference was K-12 Technology & Common Core Conference-Empowering Educators, Building Common Core-Aligned, Future-Ready Schools.
