The Registrar's Office is responsible for recording students’ grades and producing transcripts.  We also report registered students and students who have graduated to the National Student Clearinghouse and we make student ID cards.

Services for Students

Student ID Card

Please visit our office at 1000 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, Mass., for an ID-card photo.  We will make your ID card on the spot.  Regional Centers send us photos of their students that we make into ID cards.                                                                                                                                                     

MyCC Portal

Students use MyCC to register for courses and to view and print grade reports and unofficial transcripts.  Students will find their course materials and assignments in MyCC as well. Please see “Getting Started with MyCC” in MyCC under the MyCC Tutorials tab. Please call us if you would like assistance with registering for courses.

Forms Library

Forms are used throughout your journey as a Cambridge College student. You can bring them by the Registrar’s Office at 1000 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, mail them, fax them, or scan and email them.  Contact information is found on every form.
