Thirteen years of experience in administrative duties in the public and private sector, such as: Adult Education Program Supervisor, Special Education Supervisor, School Director, Assistant School Director in postsecondary school (Evening Section), Evening Educational Coordinator in postsecondary school.

Fourteen years of experience teaching special education in both bilingual and monolingual public and private schools in Puerto Rico, New York City and Illinois.

Fifteen years of teaching bilingual and monolingual office skills in post secondary schools in New York and Puerto Rico.
