Vision 2016: Access - Innovation - Success
Cambridge College embarked on its campus-wide multi-year strategic plan process with the goal of charting a distinctly impactful future. The plan was the result of a ‘bottom-up,’ broad-reaching, grassroots planning effort that involved the entire Cambridge College community. The planning process entailed accentuating our strengths and affirming our commitment to excellence in policy and programming, while also identifying areas for improvement, growth and sustainable partnerships.
The completed Strategic Plan embodies our values as the foundation of our beliefs and interactions throughout the community and abroad. It clearly focuses on our mission and vision, and reaffirms our commitment to providing access, diversity and social justice to our students, faculty and staff. In this plan we entrust our energies to five broad principles that define the core of the College’s mission and vision which include: Access, Innovation, Excellence, Diversity and Collaboration. By adhering to these attributes we will succeed in positioning Cambridge College as the leading choice for adult learners seeking an opportunity to earn a degree and improve their lives.
The plan was launched at a College Town Hall Meeting held on May 2013, where details of the plan were shared in a collaborative process that fully embodied the College’s roadmap to success.
