Carson Berglund
Vice President for Institutional Advancement

Carson brings to this role an impressive professional background with over twenty-five years of experience in development in the non-profit sector. He most recently served as Vice President, Development at Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) in Boston, MA, where he helped to grow the budget from $5 million in 2007 to over $11 million in 2015. Prior to JVS, Carson worked at the Boston History & Innovation Collaborative and Jobs for the Future. Carson holds a Bachelor of Arts, Government from the University of Texas, Austin and held a graduate fellowship in Political Theory at the Johns Hopkins University Department of Political Science, Baltimore, MD. 


Jacqui Conrad
Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Public Relations

Jacqui Conrad joined Cambridge College as the Director of Communications and Public Relations in early 2013 with 20 years of experience in the field of communications. Jacqui oversees the College’s marketing, publications, and internal and external communications. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Sociology from Suffolk University and a Masters of Science in Communications Management from Simmons College Graduate School of Management.


Catherine Koverola, PhD
Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs

Catherine Koverola, Ph.D. is a leader in higher education administration with a career that spans public, private and multi-campus institutions. A program innovator, she has led the development of a doctoral program in Clinical Community and Cross Cultural Psychology as well as graduate programs in Drama Therapy, Mindfulness Studies, and Trauma focused Interdisciplinary studies for students in Guyana and Nicaragua. She has developed culturally relevant programs that serve victims of violence in locations as varied as urban medical centers to remote indigenous communities in Canada and Alaska. Phillip Page
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Phillip Page joined Cambridge College as the Director of Government, Business, and Community Partnerships in October, 2011. As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Phillip is tasked with building the College’s network of academic and corporate collaborations. Phillip holds a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Architecture from Syracuse University. 


Mark S. Rotondo, Esq.
Vice President for Innovation and Strategic Initiatives

Mark brings to this role an impressive professional background with over twenty-five years of experience in education. He most recently served as Associate Provost for Cambridge College, and previously served as an Assistant Dean at Suffolk University and Director of Institutional Research at Bunker Hill Community College.  As a practicing attorney Mark is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Massachusetts Federal District Court.  He holds the distinction of previously serving as chair of the Everett School Committee, where he worked on the landmark Massachusetts Education Reform Act and the Winthrop School Committee where he worked on the anti-bullying policy.  Mark has served on the Board of several non-profits in Massachusetts and was secretary of the Winthrop Federal Credit Union for several years. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts, Government from Suffolk University, a Master of Science Public Affairs from the John W. McCormack School of Policy and Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, a Juris Doctorate and Master of Law in Health and Biomedical Law from Suffolk University Law School.




Lauretta Siggers
Director of Human Resources

Lauretta Siggers joined Cambridge College in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources.  She has over twenty years in leadership roles for organizations nationally recognized for excellence in their fields.  Prior to joining Cambridge College, she served as Regional Chief Operating Officer/Interim Chief Executive Officer for the American Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts, one of the nation’s largest Red Cross units.  Prior to this role, she served as National Human Resources Officer for BELL where she evaluated business development and strategic plans and made changes to increase and grow revenue for the organization.  Much of Ms. Siggers career has been in organizations where she was responsible for building infrastructure, designing and executing programs and processes, and building high performance teams through effective coaching, training and development. Ms. Siggers has been involved in a number of non-profit boards and currently serves on the Board for Garden of Eden and Associates. Lauretta Siggers attended Johnson and Wales University and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Phoenix.  She received an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University and is currently working on her MBA at Cambridge College.


John Spinard
Vice President for Finance & Administration

John Spinard has over thirty years of experience in financial and strategic planning in both the corporate and higher education sectors. Prior to joining Cambridge College, he served as the Vice President for Administration and Finance at Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland where he oversaw eight divisions and successfully guided the University to an enhanced business model with streamlined operations.  John also worked closely with the Maryland State Legislature, Governor’s office and University System of Maryland. At both Boston College and Tufts University he was instrumental in designing and implementing Financial and Strategic Planning processes. John holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics & Theology and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston College.
