Printing System -- Add Money

The college has a centrally managed printing system that can be accessed at any public-facing printer on campus. Follow the steps below to add money to your account. All students receive a 200 page, or $20 print quota for the semester. Free pages do not roll over at the end of the semester. There is a $.10 (10 cent) charge for each black and white page after that 200 page limit. Once the limit has been reached, students must visit the print management website to add funds to their account. Any money added is non-refundable, but will roll over to the next semester.

Currently Cambridge College does not offer color printing, or printing in larger sizes.

Please note, charges are only incurred for what is printed, not what is sent to the printing queue, so it is only once a job is 'released' from a printer that it counts towards this total.

Photocopies count toward this total.
