About Jamie Kelley

With almost 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, Jamie is outstanding at identifying, attracting, and developing top talent in the financial services and banking industry and is focused on providing an exceptional candidate experience. She brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity recruiting, workforce planning, succession planning – and more. Prior to joining Cambridge Savings Bank in 2016, Jamie partnered with Senior Leadership at State Street and Fidelity Investments in support of their strategic hiring initiatives.

Jamie is deeply committed to her community, with 15 years of service supporting Woburn Friends of Hospice and VNACare, she’s currently serving as Co-Chair for Woburn Friends and sits on the Foundation Committee for VNACare. In addition, she’s served as past-President and Board Member for Cambridge Camping Association and past-Steering Committee Member for 2020 Women on Boards. Jamie received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Bentley University and remains active with their alumni community.
