Please note, this information is specifically for students beginning in the FALL 2020 semester.  Students starting in the Spring 2020 semester should check back for updated information after November 1st.  If you have any questions, please let us know at cconline@cambridgecollege.edu.

Here are your next steps:

Enroll in your Online Classes 

Log into MyCC Student Portal

You will need to access the MyCC portal frequently as a student to register for classes, check financial aid documents and much more. You will need your student ID number (found on your acceptance email) to log into the system for the first time.  Once on the site, please click on NON-SSO Login (upper right corner), enter ID number then click New User.

Classes start on Tuesday, September 8th. The last day to add classes for the semester or drop classes to receive 100% tuition refund is Tuesday, September 15th.   

New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation is scheduled by appointment. Please contact Angela Lydon at angela.lydon@cambridgecollege.edu or 1-877-434-4997 to make arrangements.

Returning students may also register online through the MyCC student portal. 


Tuition Payment Options

Fall tuition payment must be received by Tuesday, September 1st.  If you register after this due date, payment is due within 5 days of registration. 

To review your statement, please log into MyCC Student Portal, click on the finance tab, then click on Course and Fees Statement.  Please review our Tuition Rates

Three options of paying your tuition prior to Tuesday, September 1st. 

  1. You may pay your tuition in full online or mail check to Student Financial Services, 500 Rutherford Ave, Boston, MA 02129.  Please do not mail cash.
  1. Set up a payment plan with Tuition Management Systems (TMS)
    • Payment plans are designed to evenly divide your balance over 3-5 months. There is a $45 fee to enroll in payment plan.  To participate in the payment plan click on this link: https://cambridgecollege.afford.com/Home
  1. Financial Aid: Complete the 2020-2021 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. To be eligible for federal financial aid, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Cambridge College's school code is 021829. 
    • After you complete the FAFSA form, you may be required to submit additional documents to create a financial aid award letter.  These requirements will be listed as missing documents on MyCC Student Portal, click on the finance tab, view financial aid document tracking. Please complete and submit all required supporting documentation as soon as possible.
    • Students using federal loans will need to complete Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Loan Counseling to activate their financial aid loan.

    • To receive specific information regarding your Financial Aid Status or Award, please reach out to your Financial Aid Counselor, Taylor Rogers, at Taylor.Rogers@cambridgecollege.edu or (617) 873-0448.  

Please note a $100.00 late fee will be applied to your account if you have not completed one of these options above by Tuesday, September 1st. 

Financial Loan Counseling

Cambridge College has partnered with the i3 group to help you manage your student loan repayment options. The i3 group’s student loan counselors can help with questions you may have about your student loan repayment options.  These services are provided at no cost to all of Cambridge College’s current and former students.  I3 counselors can be reached at the toll-free number 866-296-7955.

To review your Student Account, log into MyCC Student Portal, click on the finance tab, please see the following:

  • My Account Balance: Students can review current balance and make payments 
  • Course and Fee Statement: Students can review details of their bills
  • View Financial Aid Document Tracking: Students can review financial aid documents that have been received or missing from their record
  • Financial Aid Awards: Students can review their financial aid award for the academic year

Balances must be cleared before registering for another semester.  If you have any questions, please contact Student Financial Service (SFS) by email at sfs@cambridgecollege.edu or by phone at 617-873-0403.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. 


Healthcare Requirements

Fully online degree students do not require the College's health insurance plan and are not required to submit a waiver. Please note: if at any point in your program you register in an in-seat or hybrid course, you will be required to either enroll in the College's health insurance plan or submit a waiver.  For more information regarding how to waive insurance, please visit our student health insurance site. For students registered in one or more in-seat or hybrid courses, health insurance waivers are required for every applicable academic term or year.


Before Classes Start...

Once you register for classes, you will receive an email to activate your student email.  

Important information will be sent to your student email address regarding financial, academic and student support. Please see our Information Technology Orientation Page on how to access your student email.
