Cambridge College was named an emerging Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) by Excelencia in Education, a Washington, D.C.-based non-profit organization whose mission is to accelerate Latino student success in higher education. Cambridge College was named one of America's Top 100 Graduate Degree Producers by Diverse Issues in Higher Education Magazine. Cambridge College’s School of Management ranked 3rd in awarding master’s in business/commerce degrees to African-American students, higher than any other private, non-profit college in the nation. In master’s degrees across all disciplines, Cambridge ranked 18th nationally in awarding master’s degrees to African-Americans, 65th to Hispanics, and 41st across all minorities. For the second year in a row, G.I. Jobs magazine named Cambridge College a Military Friendly School. The the list honors the top 15% of colleges, universities and trade schools nationwide. Cambridge College also announced that that it has signed a Statement of Support for the National Guard and Reserve and members of administration have received Patriot Awards for extraordinary support of an employee serving in the Massachusetts National Guard and Reserve. In its annual Top 100 Colleges list (May 2010), The Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education Magazine recognized Cambridge College as one of the Top 50 four-year colleges and universities in the United States conferring the most master's degrees to Hispanics during academic year 2008-2009.
