IPAY Information

IPAY is the ADP hosted on-line site that allows you to view up to three years of payroll vouchers and W-2’s. All employees with direct deposit must enroll in IPAY as the College does not get copies of your pay vouchers and it is the only way you can view your detailed pay information.  Enroll in IPAY.

Please download or print the set of and temporary passcodes to IPAY to begin your registration process.

When registering, you will be asked for an email that IPAY can use if you need password resets in the future. We suggest you use a personal email so that you can retrieve any messages 24/7. Payroll cannot send a re-set or communication to any email other than the one you create on IPAY. You may use your college email if you wish, but this practice is not recommended.
