How can I prevent someone's messages from going to my Junk E-mail folder?

Some messages end up in the Junk Mail folder because of the content of the message. To prevent this you should add the person to your "Safe Senders List"


  1. Open your Junk E-mai folder

  2. Select the email message that you want to add to the Safe Senders List

  3. From the menu, choose Actions

  4. Select Junk E-mail and select Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
