Sutton resident joins Riverdale Mills Corporation

Jen Stowik, a student in the Cambridge College Master of Management program, has joined Northbridge-based Riverdale Mills Corporation as quality manager, the company recently announced.

Stowik will oversee compliance of Riverdale’s safety, quality and reliability procedures, facility and equipment maintenance, and customer requirements while ensuring production of the highest quality products.

A resident of Sutton, she brings over 20 years of experience with established abilities in training, scheduling, organization and leadership. She is adept at developing employees and building teams, technical writing, quality control, quality assurance, hands on troubleshooting, process validation and technology transfers in several areas of pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing including support services, cell culture, purification and facilities.

Stowik received her undergraduate degree from Cambridge College and is a student in the Master of Management program there. She is also a community family advocate for The CASA Project in Worcester.
