MyCC Will Have a New Face! The upgrade of MyCC is scheduled for the week of April vacation (Spring break), April 16th, 2007 through April 20th, 2007. Therefore, MyCC will not be available on those days.

Please note that during the update neither Faculty nor Students will have access to MyCC. Please read on....

The Information Technology and The Student Records & Data Management Offices are working in collaboration to upgrade MyCC to the latest version (V6.4). This is a major upgrade and brings major changes to the look and feel of MyCC, as well as to the functionality available for both faculty and students. These changes require a complete reconfiguration of all components of MyCC. This means that the upgrade will take approximately about 5 business days to be completed.

The upgrade of MyCC is scheduled for the week of April vacation (Spring break), April 16th, 2007 through April 20th, 2007. Therefore, MyCC will not be available on those days. Additionally, the upgrade of MyCC requires that the Jenzabar back end database be upgraded. This upgrade will be the first one to occur and it is scheduled for Monday, April 16th, 2007. As a result, administrative users will not have access to Jenzabar on this day.
Because of the lengthy upgrade of MyCC, we ask that all users (student/faculty/staff) who use the Learning Management System (LMS) please plan accordingly.

User guides for the new MyCC will be delivered to everyone prior to the go “live date” (April 23rd, 2007).
