Cambridge College Leadership Speaker Series Launches with Gov. Patrick!

On July 10, 2013, the Cambridge College Leadership Speaker Series was launched as a new initiative, inspired by President Jackson, to create new linkages for the College and our community-at-large, to outstanding leaders and leadership models. The inaugural event welcomed to the College the Honorable Deval Patrick, Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, who is the second African-American governor in history and the first to serve two elected terms. The standing room audience reveled in his stories of the challenges and the rewards of leading the State and serving its residents; and his sincere appreciation for those throughout his life who made it possible for his ambitions to be realized.
