Should you have technical problems with the Online Library, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
If you cannot get to the CCOL HOME page by clicking the "Cambridge College Online Library" link on your MyCC portal Academics tab page, please contact Cambridge College Technical Support at 1-800-877-4723 x1159.
If you are in the CCOL, but pages do not load correctly or databases do not work correctly, or any other technical problem: while the problem is happening, please contact e-global Technical Support at 1-888-533-4357 from 10am to 7pm EST Monday through Friday or email help@egloballibrary.com.
If you do not receive a response from e-global Technical Support within one hour during the times indicated, please try again.
If e-global Technical Support did not respond, please notify maida.tilchen@cambridgecollege.edu, and provide the time and date of your unanswered call or email.
NOTE: Maida Tilchen does not and can not provide technical support. If e-global has not responded to your call, she will contact e-global and urge them to contact you.
