I am getting an additional login page when trying to access the databases, and it is asking me to put in more passwords.
- If it is a screen from EBSCOHost, EBSCO, or Epnet, look on the Research Databases page of the CCOL. Right next to the EBSCOHost link you will see instructions for this problem.
For other databases, the number of users who can use the database at the same time may be limited. Once the limit is reached, you will see a message saying "The number of simultaneous users for the consortia is exceeded," or you may see a new login page. If this happens, wait a few minutes, go back to the Research Databases page, and click to enter the database again.
If the problem persists, please call eglobal Tech Support directly at 1-888-533-4357. They are available 10am to 7pm EST Monday through Friday. Email Technical Support at help@egloballibrary.com .
If you do not get a response within one hour, please try again. If you are not satisfied with their response, please notify maida.tilchen@cambridgecollege.edu, giving the time and date on which you made the call or sent the email that was not answered.
