How do I participate in the course evaluation survey?
Students receive up to 3 email reminder invitations and have access in MyCC. Emails are sent to Cambridge College student email address.
Why is my course evaluation survey closed for participation?
Students have 8 days prior to 11:59 pm EST on the last day of class to complete the course evaluation survey. It is the students' responsibility to voluntarily complete the survey in the allotted time period and notify courseevals@cambridgecollege.edu with any participation difficulties before the course evaluation period ends. The course evaluation period will not be reopened after closure.
Why is the course I dropped in my course evaluation queue?
Students have the option to complete a dropped course survey instead of the end of course evaluation survey once in the survey queue by selecting to participate in the dropped course survey. Cambridge College encourages students to complete this dropped course survey for institutional continuous improvement.
Why did I not receive an invitation to complete my course evaluation? Why is a course not in my survey queue?.
Students must be officially registered at least 8 days before the class end date to have a course evaluation automatically available to complete. Students who officially register within 7 days of the class end date will need to contact courseevals@cambridgecollege.edu to have a course evaluation survey released for completion. Students should provide their Student ID and complete course # (e.g. MKT101CA01) in their message.
