Online Data Request Form

With the growing need for data to make decisions, a process to establish, coordinate and access reliable data relating to all aspects of our community is critical. The offices of Research, Planning and Assessment and Student Information Systems function as a resource to you.

Below is a data request form to assist departments with managing their data needs. Please complete all fields as indicated with as much detail as possible. All submitted requests will be reviewed within 24 hours. If any submitted request is urgent please contact Mark Rotondo at Mark.Rotondo@cambridgecollege.edu to discuss the matter. All requests will be placed into the cue and assigned a prioritization status. (Our goal is that all data requests are processed within 7-business days). The prioritization ranking will be based on order of reciept, proposed deadline for the deliverable, and the impact on existing workload.
