Financial Aid Application Forms and process.

Please note: Federal FAFSA required; separate Cambridge College financial aid application form no longer required.

Independent undergraduate students and all graduate students please use INDEPENDENT or STUDENT forms below. Dependent undergraduate students please use DEPENDENT or PARENT forms below.

Verification Worksheets - The Financial Aid Office will inform you if you have been selected for a process called verification. This means that certain information from your application must be compared with signed copies of your federal tax return and schedules. The Financial Aid Office will notify you if any more documents are needed. The Department of Education requires that we verify this information before awarding federal financial aid. If there is any difference between your financial aid application and your financial documents, our office may need to make a correction electronically. If you are selected for verification and do not provide us with the documents requested, you will not be eligible for financial aid.
