Welcome to Cambridge College
|
Cambridge College students are expected to provide required documentation at the time of application for financial aid.
This policy is in compliance with federal regulations and the documentation should be submitted within one to two weeks of the request.
We recognize that sometimes it is necessary to contact outside sources for information needed, which could result in additional delays. If you can provide evidence of having made all efforts to obtain the necessary documentation, a longer period of time may be permitted; however, you must meet all other Cambridge College deadlines.
It should be noted that Cambridge College will verify information and documentation as required by federal regulations and that student aid is not awarded until appropriate documentation has been received.
It is our policy to give you, during the financial aid entrance interview, a clear understanding of the forms and documentation needed to complete your financial aid file.
If the submitted data fails to meet requirements, the Financial Aid Office will request additional information. After verification procedures are complete, if you are eligible for financial aid and upon your acceptance into the program, you will receive information regarding your eligibility status.
The institution is required by federal regulations to make referrals to the Department of Education and Department of Justice if it suspects that aid was requested under false pretense. This institution takes very seriously the proper stewardship of federal funds and will cooperate with government agencies in the full prosecution of students who are found to have provided falsified data.
If you experience any problems when using this site, please contact the IT department.
