Yvette Clark
General Counsel

R. Yvette Clark, J.D., is General Counsel for Cambridge College.  She is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Texas School of Law. Clark is responsible for all the College’s legal work, including advising the President and Board of Trustees. Clark’s 25+ years of experience include: Stephen F. Austin State University, University of North Texas, Texas Guarantee Student Loan Corporation Board and Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education President.

Jacqui Conrad
Director of Communications & Public Relations

Jacqui Conrad joined Cambridge College as the Director of Communications and Public Relations in early 2013 with 20 years of experience in the field of communications. Jacqui oversees the College’s marketing, publications, and internal and external communications. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Sociology from Suffolk University and a Masters of Science in Communications Management from Simmons College Graduate School of Management.

Helen Ouellette
Vice President for Finance & Administration

Helen Ouellette joined Cambridge College as the Vice President for Finance and Administration, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial leadership. Prior to joining the College in the spring of 2012, Helen served in a number of key positions in non-profit and higher education fields, including serving as the Administrative Dean at Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard; CFO/COO at Earth Watch Institute; VP for Operations at Oxfam America and VP for Administration and Finance at Williams College. Helen has a BA in Classics from the College of St. Teresa and a PhD in Classical Philology from Harvard University.

Phillip Page
Special Assistant to the President / Director of Partnerships

Phillip Page joined Cambridge College as the Director of Government, Business, and Community Partnerships in October, 2011. As the Director of Government, Business, and Community Partnerships, Phillip is tasked with building the College’s network of academic and corporate collaborations. Phillip holds a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Architecture from Syracuse University.

Robin Peevey
Vice President for Enrollment Management

Robin Peevey joined Cambridge College as the Vice President for Enrollment Management in 2013. Robin brings to the College a wealth of experience working in Higher Education. Robin most recently ran her own consulting firm providing services on regulatory matters, program assessment and accreditation, and enrollment management and marketing for colleges and universities. Robin holds a BA in Liberal Studies and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Education, and Psychology from Lesley University.

Elwood Robinson
Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs

Elwood Robinson, PhD, joined Cambridge College as Provost in July, 2012. For over 25 years he served in a variety of leadership roles at North Carolina Central University: as Dean of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, Chairperson of the Department of Psychology, and Director of the Minority Access to Research Careers program.  He holds a BA from North Carolina Central University, an MA from Fisk University, a PhD from Pennsylvania State University, and clinical internship at Duke University Medical Center.
