Please send all support requests through the E-Helpdesk.
This convenient site will allow you to troubleshoot technical support issues and/or create a helpdesk ticket that will send a service request directly to the IT Department. Once you create a ticket, you may track the progress toward resolving the issue. This also helps the IT department to keep track of, assign technicians to, and prioritize requests. Log in to the site the same way you would log in to your Cambridge College email account: firstname.lastname is your user ID, and your email password is your Helpdesk password.
Only when the Helpdesk website is unreachable, or when the problem is extremely urgent should you call the IT helpdesk
