School administration program and approval are in transition. At colleges across Massachusetts, all school administration programs will end on Dec. 31, 2013. Cambridge College (among other MA colleges) will seek approval from the MA Dept. of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) of a new curriculum designed to meet new state and national standards, but approval cannot be guaranteed. Students who do not complete the existing program by Dec. 31, 2013 will need to meet new requirements if and when approved. The same is true of our CAGS program (below).

Effective Spring 2013: new students may take non-licensure track only, and may need to meet new requirements. New students whose goal is licensure are advised to wait for new, redesigned program.
