The Cambridge College School of Management curriculum has been designed to help you reach your goals. Whether you desire perspective on today's key management issues, the opportunity to hone your professional management skills, or the opportunity to acquire expertise in financial management or marketing, the School of Management can help you succeed. In our distinctive environment, your individuality and values are respected, and your learning style and previous experience become an integral part of your education. This progressive learning model validates what you already know and helps you earn the credentials you need to advance your career.

The program is for aspiring and practicing managers; it focuses on managing businesses, people, organizations, and technology. It addresses issues involved in managing a multicultural workforce, and teaches skills for adapting to rapidly diversifying business environments. Management seminars are a key feature of the Cambridge College approach. Students meet regularly over three semesters to share and apply their learning from the classroom and the workplace. You learn to assess your own strengths and abilities, and to create academic and professional development plans that build teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Many students complete their masters of management degree(s) in less than two years; others take courses over a longer period. Either way, Cambridge College offers the advantage of flexibility. All courses are held on weekday evenings and weekends, making them practical and efficient for working adults.
