Online registration will be available in the Spring 2005 term. Please PRINT and fill out all FORM and mail or fax to:

If you have questions regarding your registration, please call 1-800-877-4723 ext 1101.

Once your registration material is received and processed, your instructor will provide you with a user name and password prior to the start of classes so that you can access the online classroom.
