The Office of Human Resources manages all personnel-related matters for Cambridge College and directs best practice initiatives in the areas of employment, compensation, benefits, employee training and development, diversity and quality of worklife, employee personnel record-keeping, employee communications, and employee relations. Our mission is to facilitate the ongoing development of a high performing workforce which ultimately serves the best interests of our students.
