Ted Rybeck Kicks Off CC Talks 2015

Attendees got a fascinating look into social media as a new and growing career on February 26, when Cambridge College launched CC Talks. Cambridge College President Deborah Jackson explained to the crowd that CC Talks is a new forum designed to explore emerging and growing professions. Hosted by the Office of the President, these interactive presentations will feature accomplished industry leaders with insights and experience in growing fields, and will highlight innovative programs at Cambridge College that prepare students for success in these fields.

Ted’s CC Talk was entitled: “Innovative Opportunities in Social Media.”

Ted Rybeck is founder and CEO of Venly, Inc., a technology-based enterprise designed to support the growth of businesses through the use of social media. Ted previously founded Benchmarking Partners in 1994 where he co-led development of Walmart’s first internet-based collaboration system from customers back to suppliers. He served as the original Chair & CEO of Syncra software which spun off from the CPFR system and today serves as a core of Oracle Corporation’s retail collaboration suite.
